Body-Solid warrants that the weight machine you have purchased is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of the purchase of the home gym, is your proof of the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. This warranty is valid only if the weight machine is assembled according to the instructions included with the weight machine.
Body-Solid will repair or replace this home gym if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this warranty at no additional charge if the weight machine was used in a normal public park, police department, fire department, military, professional sport team, corporate facility, medical and rehab, college, personal training studio, high school, YMCA, JCC, hotel, spa, personal, family, or household use.
