Olympic, Behind the Neck Press

This weight bench is the perfect way to really strengthen you shoulders and arms. Shoulder abduction works out the deltoids and the supraspinatus. Scapulae upward rotation works the trapezius II and IV and the serratus anterior. The elbow extension works out the triceps. It is recomended for beginners not to relax the elbows to within 90 degrees. If you are used to doing shoulder exercises, the behind the neck press is the weight bench for you. The seat is adjustible as you would find with a lot of commercial, fitness equipment. Lifetime warranty on steel frame. Our warranty applies to constant use in a professional gym. This is a warranty for full commercial, fitness equipment usage warranty. This frame is so solid it will not fall apart even if large basketball players do their workouts on it. This behind the neck press can be used 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and we will repair the frame if anything goes wrong. There is a one year warranty on any moving parts. No warranty on upholstery. All returns, other than diffective equipment, must be authorized.
