You can hang from the handles and perform scapular depression to work out your trapezius IV and pectoralis minor.
You can do pull ups. The shoulder abduction of the chin up works out the latissimus dorsi, teres major and the sternal portion of the pectoralis major. The scapulae downward rotation works out the pectoralis minor and the rhomboids. The elbow flexion works out the biceps, brachialis and the brachioradialis. A Chin Up Tower is a very healthy addition to any gym.
Step ups are also possible on this piece of fitness equipment. The hip extension will exercise your gluteus maximus and your hamstrings. The knee extension will work out the quadriceps. The plantar flexion of the ankles will exercise the gastrocnemius and the soleus. There is a lot more you can do with this Chin Up Tower than you would expect initially.
