This incline bench is adjustible to different angles allowing the weight lifter to exercise his shoulders from different angles. Have the bench in the incline position to work out your upper body. The abduction of the shoulders works the deltoids and supraspinatus. The upward rotation of the scapulae exercise trapezius II and IV and the serratus anterior. The extension of the elbows exercises the triceps. Adjusting the bench down will gradually allow the user to workout the pectoralis major. There is a spotter platform with this bench, which makes it easier for someone to spot the weight lifter. The adjustible seat height accomodates users of different sizes. This incline bench is perfect for a weight room were big people workout alot. You will not have to worry about this commercial fitness equipment falling apart while someone is using it.

Lifetime warranty on steel frame. Our warranty applies to constant use in a professional gym. This is a warranty for full commercial, fitness equipment usage warranty. This frame is so solid it will not fall apart even if large basketball players do their workouts on it. This incline bench can be used 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and we will repair the frame if anything goes wrong. There is a one year warranty on any moving parts. No warranty on upholstery. All returns, other than diffective equipment, must be authorized.
