Home Gym Warranty
Our warranty applies to normal use within a home or instution. We will replace defects in arising from the quality of the craftsmanship of these treadmills. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from everyday use, or chipping of the plastic surface. York Barbell will only repair or replace what you received, and will not cover incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. All work performed must be done by a technicial authorized by York Barbell. Work done by a non certified technicial will void the warranty. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser, and is void when transferred. This warranty is only valid within the United States. The original purchaser has rights from this warranty and the laws of your state.
