You have to get from one end to the other. This kind of goal setting works especially well with children, who might become bored or distracted during exercise. These Monkey Bars also function as pull up bars for additional exercise. To really challenge yourself, for each rung do a pull-up and a knee raise for a triset. You do not have to count reps on this outdoor, fitness equipment because there are always eight rungs. Some people might have to drop down after six rungs and a few others can go from one end of the Monkey Bars to the other. People of all ages and abilities should work out outside doing beneficial exercises. This is a warranty for full commercial, fitness equipment usage. This frame is so solid that, when properly installed, it will not fall apart even if roudy teenagers work out on it all day. This Monkey Bars can be used 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and we will repair the frame or any clamps if anything goes wrong as a result of their craftsmanship. It is very important to follow the installation instructions you will receive after your purchase. The Real-time Retail Company will assist the purchaser with the installation via e-mail. The installation is not complicated, but this commercial, fitness equipment must be anchored by screws or posts in concrete in order to remain upright during use. The Real-time Retail Company can not be responsible for injuries resulting from improper installation. All returns, other than defective equipment, must be authorized.
