Is applies to continuous use twenty four hours a day and seven days a week for the original purchaser's liftetime. If there is any damage as a result of a defect in the workmanship or matierial of these Olympic weights we will repair or replace them. This warranty does not cover neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty becomes void after the Olympic weights are transfered to a new owner. It is only valid within the United States. The York Barbell Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages caused by any defects in these Olympic weights.
