This warranty is a lifetime warranty on all the parts of this weight set. It applies to use in any commercial facility from a school to a full service health club. Is applies to continuous use twenty four hours a day and seven days a week for the original purchaser's liftetime. If there is any damage as a result of a defect in the workmanship or matierial of this Olympic bar we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty becomes void after the Olympic bar is transfered to a new owner. It is only valid within the United States. The York Barbell Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages caused by any defects in this Olympic bar. You have all the rights implied by this warranty and by your state's laws.
