Institutional and Home Gym WarrantyThis warranty applies to use by a family in a typical home, middle school, fire departments, police departments, small corporate centers, hotels, condos and recreational centers. This warranty is not valid in a commercial gym, YMCA, college or university. If there is any damage as a result of a defect in the workmanship or material of this FID bench we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty is for structural integrity only and does not include bending. This warranty becomes void after the FID bench is transfered to a new owner. It is only valid within the United States. The York Barbell Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages caused by any defects in this FID curl bench.
