Lifetime, Home Gym WarrantyThis warranty is a lifetime warranty. It applies to use by a family in a typical home. If there is any damage as a result of a defect in the workmanship or material of this curl bar, we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty is for structural integrity only and does not include bending. This warranty becomes void after the curl bar is transfered to a new owner. It is only valid within the United States. The York Barbell Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages caused by any defects in this curl bar. Keep a copy of your invoice. You have all the rights implied by this warranty and by your states laws.
