Lifetime, Commercial, Fitness Equipment WarrantyThis warranty is a lifetime warrantyon all the parts of this weight set. It applies to use in any commercial facility from a school to a full service health club. Is applies to continuous use twenty four hours a day and seven days a week for the original purchaser's liftetime. There is a five year warranty on the bushings in the Olympic, weight lifting bar. If there is any damage as a result of a defect in the workmanship or matierial of these Olympic weights we will repair or replace them. This warranty does not cover neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty becomes void after the Olympic weights are transfered to a new owner. It is only valid within the United States. The York Barbell Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages caused by any defects in these Olympic weights. You have all the rights implied by this warranty and by your state's laws.

The weight set must be brought in from the back of a tractor trailer unless other arrangements are made. 2-6 week delivery when ordered individually. 30-90 day delivery if part of a large order.
