Our York Barbell, Standard Weight Set is fully inspected so that everything will all fit together. The hole diameter in the center of the plates is 1 5/16 inch so that it will fit on one inch posts. Many home gyms use these plates for their equipment. One possible exercise for runners is to tie one end of a cord to a plate, sit on a bleacher, tie the other end of the cord to your big toe, and flex your ankle to lift with your tib muscle. Strengthening the tib muscle will help reduce shin splints from running. Placing two small York Barbell, Standard, Plates from your weight set on the floor inside your squat rack. Step on them with the front of your feet to help you focus the exercise on your butt when you do deep squats. Our warranty applies to normal use within a home. We will replace any part of this weight set for a lifetime if anything breaks or bends as a result of craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from everyday use. York Barbell will only replace what you received, and will not cover incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser, and is void when trasferred. This warranty is only valid within the United States. The original purchaser has rights from this warranty and the laws of your state.
