This freestanding VKR / Chin / Dip combo tower is exactly what you need to bulk up your arms and shoulders while you lose inches and rip your abs. Do knee raises, leg raises and oblique bends. When it is raining, you do not want to go outside to do pull ups on a tree. Exercise your latisimus dorsi muscle by doing chin ups. Becuase this is a free standing tower, the walls and door frames can not be damaged by your weight like door frame chin up bars.

The handles at the bottom of this VKR Tower are excellent for doing push ups. It is important to have a home gym with features that make it easier to do exercises. It might be hard for you to do a lot of push ups on the floor, but with this tower you can do more because the handles make it easier.

Exercise your triceps muscles with the dip handles. Hold both handles bend your elbows then extend your elbows for the exercise. There are many exercises you can do with just one VKR Tower. It is much healthier for your tendons to exercise suspended in the air like this.

In-Home, 10 Year, Warranty; This warranty applies only in the United States to home gyms manufactured or distributed by Power Line under the Power Line brand name. The warranty period to the original purchaser is ten years on the frame and one year on all parts. Power Line warrants that the home gym you have purchased for non-commercial, personal, family, or household use from Power Line or from an authorized Power Line reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the home gym, is your proof of the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the home gym from you. It excludes paint and finish. This warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the home gym is assembled / installed according to the instructions / directions included with it.
