Custom Logo EngravingIvanko's new, Urethane, E-Z Lift, barbells were developed in response to a groundswell of requests for urethane plates with the Ivanko reputation for performance and durability. Our customers want 'fully functional' urethane, weight plates and dumbbells, not flat-edged, because round plates are required for floor lifting exercises such as repetition power cleans and dead lifts. The exterior is a matte finish, because many of Ivanko's customers do not like the shiny plastic look and slippery feel of conventional urethane, weight plates.
Ivanko urethane dumbbells and barbells are the latest addition to an already outstanding professional line of quality dumbbells and barbells. Starting with what Ivanko calls "Ivanko Design Superiority", a "high impact" urethane and "chem-fused" bonding process is utilized to "marry" the urethane to the iron cores. Ivanko's research and development division believes there is no better bonding method given the current state of the art.
Ivanko's fully computerized customization department can reproduce almost any design, inlaid with special urethane of almost any color that will not fade or come off. Detailed or multi-colored designs are not a problem, although they may take more time and cost extra. Additionally, because Ivanko, urethane products (as well as the Ivanko competition Olympic bars) are "Made in U.S.A"., they qualify for sale to the U.S. government and armed forces.

Stainless steel handles are available for an additional $300.00 for this set. 30mm diameter handles are used on smaller sizes from 5 lbs. - 20 lbs. to maintain dumbbell accuracy. Please allow up to 8-10 weeks for us to create the logo for the Urethane. If you would like to see what your logo looks like on an Ivanko, weight plate, email us with your logo attached, using the Adobe Illustrator (AI), JPG or TIFF format. If you are not sure what format your logo is in on your computer, open a picture ofyour logo in MS Paint. Save it as a jpg. We will email a digital image of your logo on a weight plate back to you. If you are satisfied with the logo and wish to place an order, we will send you a physical sample called a "cookie" containing your engraved logo for your final approval. Urethane, Weight Plate Custom Logo Program PricingThere is a one-time artwork set-up charge of US $ 250.00. Supply us with your logo in AI, JPG or TIFF image format. Pick out the color codes for the colors you want in your logo when we put it on the barbell. Write down the codes of the colors you like. E-mail us with the color codes and an attachment of the logo's image.
If you do not like the color codes on the chart, let us know what color you are thinking of. We have more colors than that in stock. There may be an additional $300.00 color matching charge to match any new color not on the Pantone, Color Chart. Describe any color you want, and we will contact you if we do not have it. In most cases, a color matching charge only applies when you have a special color that must be mixed, or is not a color that we stock, so do not get scared by the possible 300 dollar charge. Custom artwork or complex logos must be specially quoted because they require additional artwork, set-up time and additional production procedures.
Basic custom logo weight plates are available on the 45 lb., 35 lb. and 25 lb. sizes. All dumbbells will have a custom logo on either side. We will let you know if there are specialty colors in your logo.
Lead time on all logo orders is eight weeks from the time the you sign off on the approved logo sample letter. This letter is required before we can begin any logo work. We will send this letter to you along with a sample of your logo on a piece of black urethane so that you can approve the logo beforehand.
Urethane, Barbell PackageWarrantyIvanko, urethane, barbells are warrantied for 6 years against breakage for the original owner.
Warranty does not apply if there is evidence of abuse from damage due to excessive dropping of urethane products on concrete floors or other surfaces, as this may void warranty. Shipping and Payment ConditionsUS $ 950.00 for the first weight set, and US $ 499.00 for each additional set. The shipping cost of the first weight set includes setting up to make a logo. The barbells must be taken from the back of a Mack Truck unless you make arrangements with us for inside delivery ahead of time. Allow 8 - 10 weeks for the design of your logo. 30 day return for refund if in unused condition.
