Ivanko urethane dumbbells and barbells are the latest addition to an already outstanding professional line of quality dumbbells and barbells. Starting with what Ivanko calls "Ivanko Design Superiority", a "high impact" urethane and "chem-fused" bonding process is utilized to "marry" the urethane to the iron cores. Ivanko's research and development division believes there is no better bonding method given the current state of the art.

Ivanko's fully computerized customization department can reproduce almost any design, inlaid with special urethane of almost any color that will not fade or come off. Detailed or multi-colored designs are not a problem, although they may take more time and cost extra. Additionally, because Ivanko urethane products (as well as the Ivanko competition Olympic bars) are "Made in U.S.A"., they qualify for sale to the U.S. government and armed forces.

  • Part of the shipping cost of the first set is a US $ 250.00 set up fee. If you are only ordering this dumbbell set with engraving, leave the applet for Setup Fee at "only set." If you are ordering one dumbbell set with custom weight plates select, "Additional," before adding this set to the cart. If you are ordering two sets without a weight plate package, select "2 Sets." If you are ordering three or more sets, select "Complimentary."

  • Special Requests: The Minimum quantity for a custom logo, Dumbbell Set order is 1,000 lbs. Call 877 DO 4 REPS if you have a specific request for certain sized weights.

  • Handling Time: Lead time varies according to how complicated your logo is. Please allow eight to ten weeks for us to create the logo for the urethane.

  • If you would like to see what your logo looks like on an Ivanko, Dumbbell, send us an email with your logo as an attachment, in an Adobe Illustrator (AI), JPEG or TIFF format. If you are not sure what format your logo is in on your computer, open a digital picture of your logo in MS Paint. Select "Save As" from the file menu, and then select "JPEG" from the, "Save it as," applet in the pop up window. Attach the file you create by saving to your e-mail. We will email a digital image of your logo on a dumbbell back to you. If you are satisfied with the digital image of the logo, and wish to place an order, we will send you a physical sample called a "cookie" containing your engraved logo for your final approval. You are in for a real treat if you place an order for custom engraved, weight plates.

Urethane, Dumbbell Set Custom Logo Color Selection
We will need to know exactly what colors are in your logo along with the image of the design in AI, JPG or TIFF image format. Knowing the color code of the colors you want in your logo when we engrave the dumbbells, means that your weights will have the exact the colors you want. See if you like a color from our color chart. Write down the codes of the colors you like. E-mail us the color codes with your attachment of the logo's image.

If you do not like the color codes on the chart, let us know what color you are thinking of. We have more colors than the color chart in stock. We do not charge extra for helping you find the color before we make the urethane. There may be an additional $300.00 color matching charge to mix a new color that is neither on the Pantone, Color Chart, nor part of our premixed inventory of colored urethane. Please do not get scared by the possible 300 dollar charge. Tell us the code of any color brand you want or send a sample, and we will contact you if we will need more money when we make your dumbbells. We can alsomake complicated art pieces out of the urethane coating. Custom artwork or complex logos can cost more if they require additional artwork, more set-up time or additional production procedures. Do not let money get in the way of your creativity.

Custom logo weights are available on all our urethane coated dumbbells, fixed barbells and curl barbells.

We send you a letter for you to sign in the mail with a sample of your logo on a piece of black urethane so you know when we have the design you really want. Lead time on all logo orders is eight weeks from the time the you sign off on the approved logo sample letter. This letter is required before we can begin any logo work. You are not going to get a dumbbell set that is different than what you wanted because we will not make them without your signature. We will send you a piece of urethane with your design so you will know how good your logo looks on those dumbbells look before the Mack Truck arrives at your location. Urethane, Dumbbell Set Warranty
Ivanko, urethane dumbbells are warrantied for 6 years against breakage for the original owner.

Warranty does not apply if there is evidence of abuse from damage due to excessive dropping of urethane products on concrete floors or other surfaces, as this may void warranty. If your facility has no program to control abusive use of dumbbells, barbells and/or plates, we would would rather not ship the Ivanko Dumbbells.

The dumbbells must be taken from the back of a Mack Truck unless you make arrangements with us for inside delivery ahead of time.
