The 10 lb., 5 lb. and 2.5 lb. weights do not accept custom logos due to the limited space available for logo application. Part of the price of the first set is a US $ 250.00 set up fee. The shipping for the first set includes this price, and is reduced for additional sets. Special Requests: The Minimum quantity for a custom logo, weight plate order is 1,000 lbs. Call 877 DO 4 REPS if you have a specific request for certain sized weights. Handling Time: Lead time varies according to how complicated your logo is. Please allow eight to ten weeks for us to create the logo for the urethane. If you would like to see what your logo looks like on an Ivanko, weight plate, send us an email with your logo as an attachment, in an Adobe Illustrator (AI), JPEG or TIFF format. If you are not sure what format your logo is in on your computer, open a digital picture of your logo in MS Paint. Select "Save As" from the file menu, and then select "JPEG" from the, "Save it as," applet in the pop up window. We will email a digital image of your logo on a weight plate back to you. If you are satisfied with the digital image of the logo, and wish to place an order, we will send you a physical sample called a "cookie" containing your engraved logo for your final approval. You are in for a real treat if you place an order for custom engraved, weight plates. Urethane, Weight Plate Custom Logo Program PricingThere is a one-time artwork set-up charge of US $ 250.00. Supply us with your logo in AI, JPG or TIFF image format. Pick out the color codes for the colors you want in your logo when we engrave the weight plate. Write down the codes of the colors you like. E-mail us the color codes with an attachment of the logo's image.
If you do not like the color codes on the chart, let us know what color you are thinking of. We have more colors than the color chart in stock. There may be an additional $300.00 color matching charge to match any new color that is neither on the Pantone, Color Chart, nor part of our premixed inventory of colored urethane. Please do not get scared by the possible 300 dollar charge. Tell us the code of any color brand you want or send a sample, and we will contact you if we do not have it. In most cases, a color matching charge only applies to a special color that must be mixed, or is not a color that we stock. We can even make complicated art pieces out of the urethane coating. Custom artwork or complex logos can cost more if they require additional artwork, more set-up time or additional production procedures.
Custom logo, weight plates are available on the 45 lb., 35 lb. and 25 lb. sizes. To get an idea how much engraving will cost for a different package might cost consider how much of the price of this package is engraving. For our suggested weight set, the engraving costs US $ 560 in addition to the 250 dollar set up charge, but we have included both of these costs in the price of this package and the shipping charge. We send you a letter for you to sign in the mail with a sample of your logo on a piece of black urethane so you know when we have the design you really want. Lead time on all logo orders is eight weeks from the time the you sign off on the approved logo sample letter. This letter is required before we can begin any logo work. You are not going to get weight plates that are different than what you wanted because we will not make them without your signature. We will send you a piece of urethane with your design so you will know how good those weight plates look before the Mack Truck arrives at your location. Urethane, Weight Plate WarrantyIvanko, urethane, weight plates are warrantied for 6 years against breakage for the original owner.
Warranty does not apply if there is evidence of abuse from damage due to excessive dropping of urethane products on concrete floors or other surfaces, as this may void warranty. If your facility has no program to control abusive use of dumbbells, barbells and/or plates, Ivanko would rather not accept the order. The weight plates must be taken from the back of a Mack Truck unless you make arrangements with us for inside delivery ahead of time.
