It is very easy to install this flooring. Just unroll it and tack it at the edge of the wall. Installing roll, rubber flooring, is like installing a carpet, only you roll out 4 foot wide pieces as far as you want. It is slip resistant which will help gym users while they are doing exercises with heavy weights. It will reduce the sound from dumbbells and barbells being placed on the floor. Rubber flooring will protect your barbells from getting chipped or damaged on a floor. That means that this rubber flooring can be used twenty four hours a day, seven days a week with real-time body builders setting heavy barbells down on it, and it will stay in one piece.
