You can do squats inside the half power rack and set the safety catches so that a student will not go too far doing a knee bend.
There is a new feature for this available in the power rack called indexing. A bar fits into the adjustible, multi bench and two plastic tracks on either side of the half cage. This bar clips into the bench so that is can remain centered in the power rack. It also keeps the bench in a fixed position so that the weight lifter has more stability during lifts. It also saves time when getting set up for an exercise. Think of all the time you spend picking up a multi bench and centering it in a power rack for bench press and shoulder press exercises. Now you can have it centered and adjust the position by pushing the multi-bench over the knotches. The back pad of the multi bench is adjustible from 15 degrees, 30 degrees, 45 degrees, 65 degrees and 85 degrees. As you adjust the back pad up and the J hooks up move the bench along to the next knotch and progress from the bench press to the shoulder press with the bench centered in a correct position under the bar for each press. This is excellent for someone who is younger and learning these exercises. It is alot for someone to have to figure everything out. This half power rack can be used 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and we will repair the frame if anything goes wrong. There is a one year warranty on any moving parts. No warranty on upholstery. All returns, other than diffective equipment, must be authorized.
