One year warranty on steel frame and clamps. Our warranty applies to the constant use of a busy public park. This is a warranty for full commercial, fitness equipment usage. This frame is so solid that, when properly installed, it will not fall apart even if roudy teenagers work out on it all day. This Standing, Parallel Bars can be used 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and we will repair the frame or any clamps if anything goes wrong as a result of their craftsmanship. It is very important to follow the installation instructions you will receive after your purchase. The Real-time Retail Company will assist the purchaser with the installation via e-mail. The installation is not complicated, but this commercial, fitness equipment must be anchored by screws in 20 square feet of concrete in order to remain upright during use. The Real-time Retail Company can not be responsible for injuries resulting from improper installation. We are also not responsible for intentional damage resulting from vandalism.
