This fun reward will motivate kids to keep climbing. It is also possible for kids to do even more strength training by climbing back down if they are not tired when they reach the top. There is a pull up bar for for kids who are getting strong from the climbing exercises. This is a great strengthener that everybody knows well. After the children have strengthened there latisimus dorsi muscle using the pull up bar, they can try the rings. This exercise will help kids develop their upper body agility. If they bend their knees and swing from the rings by their arms keeping their shoulders down they will exercise their trapezius IV and pectoralis minor muscles. When they are ready, they can swing and do pull ups on the rings. The rings not only require more balance and coordination than the pullup bar, they also involve independant arm movement, which insures that they will exercise both sides of their body.
The assembly is easy. Make sure to take proper precautions when doing the installation. Be sure you have a concrete base that is 20 feet wider than the Integrated Fitness Apparatus. Because there is a possibility that children may fall from this 10 foot tall structure, it is important to have a soft layer covering the concrete. One year warranty on steel frame and clamps. Our warranty applies to the constant use of a busy public park. This is a warranty for full commercial, fitness equipment usage. This frame is so solid that, when properly installed, it will not fall apart even if roudy teenagers work out on it all day. This Integrated Fitness Apparatus can be used 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and we will repair the frame or any clamps if anything goes wrong as a result of their craftsmanship. It is very important to follow the installation instructions you will receive after your purchase. The Real-time Retail Company will assist the purchaser with the installation via e-mail. The installation is not complicated, but this commercial, fitness equipment must be anchored by screws or bars in concrete around each screw in order for this outdoor, fitness equipment to remain upright during use. The Real-time Retail Company can not be responsible for injuries resulting from improper installation. Intentional damage caused by vandals is not covered under this warranty.
