Team USA Bodybuilding Competition
Downtown Manhattan Chris Fialdo was the overwhelming favorite of the audience. It was almost midnight in the auditorium. Even after many people had gone home after the figure competition was over, the roar of the crowd was still overpowering. No other competitor that night was able to draw as much sound with virtually every move as Chris Fialdo. It is obviously because of his cut muscles that people responded with such enthusiasm. He was given the award for best in the show.

The female bodybuilding competition ended in an incredible controversy. Theresa Hendricks had put on an incredible show with many flexes and poses showing off her very muscular body. When the judges announced that Theresa Hendricks won second place, the crowd began booing the judges. In the photo where Theresa Hendricks is smiling with Tracy Beckham on her right, the audience is booing because she was given second place. Sometimes it is almost better to some in second because of how much everyone showed their love for Theresa Hendricks with their distaste for the judge's decision. Tracy Beckham was not intimidated for long, and later put on a great show posing during the rest of rewards ceremony with the other champion female bodybuilders. A pretty face and a warm smile stole the judges hearts for the women's competition that night. During the second intermission, Tracy Beckham tried to win the audience back by appearing in photos with people from the crowd.

In the eyes of most people, age truly does come before beauty when you stay in shape for your entire life. Look at the photos of the bodybuilders from this competition and tell yourself, I can become like them. You do not need to feel self-conscious or discouraged now because you do not already look like a bodybuilder. If you are a woman and worry about looking too big, think of how much the audience loved Theresa Hendricks. If you build up a muscular frame with exercise, you will look great until you are in your forties. Getting stronger will also reduce the chance of developing osteoperosis. People will love your body more than the even prettiest face. You can do it all with fitness equipment and discipline.

If you are not getting the results that you see here, you might want to consider getting more for your home gym. Getting some new fitness equipment for new exercises will help you become a bodybuilder. You will live longer and have a body that looks better than your face. You do not realize that the results these competitors have had are truly possible for anyone with the right tools. We want to inspire you to become a bodybuilder like these people.
